“He is not here, but He is risen!” Luke 24:6a
“Then Jesus said to them, ‘Thus it is written long ago that the Messiah must suffer and die and rise again from the dead on the third day.'” Luke 24:46
… so that He may take the place for the punishment of all our sins, and that we might be saved and be with Him forever.
